The Great Gift Wrap Up is a shopping extravaganza for loyal Total Rewards members who play at fifteen of our Total Rewards casinos: Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas, Rio All Suite-Hotel & Casino, Bally's Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah's Rincon, Harrah's Las Vegas, Harrah's Lake Tahoe, Harveys Lake Tahoe, Harrah's Laughlin, Harrah's Ak Chin, Harrah's Reno, Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon or Imperial Palace Las Vegas. Throughout the year, players will earn Gift Points in addition to their Reward Credits. These Gift Points can be redeemed for fabulous gifts during two week-long shopping events in November and December.

This event is open to all Total Rewards members! Just use your card all year long, every time you play at any of our participating Total Rewards casinos, to earn Gift Points.

Use your Total Rewards card every time you play! For every 7 Rewards Credits you earn through casino play at the tables, slots or race & sports book, you'll also get approximately 10 Gift Points. In fact, there may be special promotional days where you receive double Gift Points! Remember, Gift Points are only earned based on play at participating casinos.

You will receive Gift Points for all of your qualified play (from table games, slot or race & sports book) beginning at 12:00 midnight on January 1, 2011 through 6:00 p.m. PST on December 5, 2011.

No, you still earn Base and Bonus Reward Credits, same as always! You get Gift Points as an added bonus. The Great Gift Wrap Up is just another reason why Total Rewards is the best loyalty program in the business.

Reward Credit Multipliers are not applied to Gift Points. On promotional days, Gift Points will be earned based on the actual Base and Bonus Reward Credits earned before the multiplier is applied. Gift Points are not earned for promotional Reward Credits, such as those won during tournaments and brand promotions or those redeemed via an offer. Credits earned via the Total Rewards Visa Program are ineligible for Gift Points. Reward Credits earned for other entertainment beyond gaming are ineligible Gift Points.

You may check your Gift Point balance online. You will be asked to enter your Total Rewards number. You may also call 1-866-WRAP-UP-1 for your balance. Also, we may periodically notify you of your Gift Point balance by postal or electronic mail.

Gift Points have no cash value.

Yes. You can only redeem your Gift Points in person during the shopping events. To redeem your Gift Points, you must bring your Total Rewards card and valid photo ID.

Husbands and wives or domestic partners with Associated Accounts may combine their Gift Points. Only Associated Account holders may share Gift Points. Both account holders must be present at the event to combine points.

All products are shipped directly to the mailing address or addresses you provide when you redeem your Gift Points at the event.

Yes. We can send any or all of your gifts anywhere in the United States and certain gifts can be sent to Canada. You can specify the delivery address for each item during check-out.

We anticipate shipping most gifts in time to arrive by December 25, 2011. Gifts shipped directly from the manufacturer or those with extensive lead times may take longer. You will be notified via e-mail if your shipment will be delayed past December 24th, provided an e-mail address is provided at time of order.

International shipping is available to Canada only for some gifts. Shipments to Canada will require additional Gift Points. For 2011, we are working on adding additional international delivery locations. Please check back for more details.
